End of term newsletter and term 4 timetable

From the head coach Alex

The term 4 2022 timetable is out now and available for booking!

We already have 2 classes booked out and last term all of our kids classes Monday though Friday were completely booked out, so to avoid disappointment we highly recommend booking in ASAP.

Once we hit our class capacity we can not squeeze anyone else in. We really value our individual coach to student time and will always value the safety of our students over bigger classes.

Other news

Social events for term 4

We will be facilitating regular outdoor social training days, in gym movie/board game nights and free strength training with a BBQ once a month.

Outdoor social training

This will be held at civic park in town. An instructor will be present with a first aid kit to lead the jam but please note that these are informal events with no official supervision, instruction or liability provided. Just the whole community getting together for jumps and training.

Movie/board game nights

Check our Instagram before going to see if it is a movie night or a board games night! Please feel free to bring your own games and entertainment to share. All are welcome.

Free strength training

Everyone is encouraged to attend. Parents, friends and family all welcome! Our Thursday strength is as hard or easy as you wish to make it. Our oldest member was in his 50's and he was doing pushups on walls and squatting using rails. We can accommodate for any level as long as you are willing to try.

Competition and whole gym social training day!

We have our end of term low-key community competition coming up on the 8th of October. It runs from 11am - 8pm with a skills, speed and freerunning competition. We will have open training on the entire day. $10 entry or free for comp team and members. We require participants to be over the age of 10 and at least in pre-teens intermediate or adults basics and above to join in. Anyone is welcome to come and watch however!

Lastly, but most importantly

Thank you for supporting me and our coaches to do the job that we all genuinely love, and enabling me to have the resources to train our students into our next community leaders and teachers. We will see you this school holidays or term 4.

Enjoy the holidays!
