Kids / Pre-Teens Basics Class
Our kids (7 - 10yrs) and pre-teens (10 - 13yrs) classes are designed to get students moving safely and confidently. All students are taught progression exercises before they are allowed to attempt any new skill.
Whilst also teaching the fundamentals of parkour, these classes focus on the development of community and culture amongst our students. We provide students with guidance to participate in effective risk management and progression, which will allow them to progress confidently and safely throughout their parkour (and life!) journey.
We treat every student as an individual and give them autonomy and responsibility. Our aim is to create strong, resilient people!
