School Holiday Programs

Our school holiday programs are designed to teach parkour in a safe and fun way. 

​

Classes cover the fundamental parkour movements and a ton of movement games! By completing a school holiday program, students will progress straight into a basics class in the upcoming term.

​

The duration of these classes can range from 1-4 hours and include a snack break. Be sure to bring some food and a water bottle!

​

The class is designed to get everyone moving safely and confidently. We teach key techniques such as jumping, rolling, balancing and vaults that will be the cornerstone for further classes. 

​

All students are taught progression exercises before being allowed to attempt any new skills. While the class caters to students who have not done parkour before, there is a base requirement to have some basic movement confidence e.g. jogging and jumping.

Things you need to know:

​

  • Please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing and normal runners/sneakers

  • You must book online before the day. We do not accept walk ins for these classes

  • For minors, a parent/guardian must attend to sign the liability waiver (required only once).
